Certain foods can exacerbate or trigger a sudden attack of Gout symptoms because of their high purine content. To effectively manage your Gout, it's important to identify these high-purine foods for the purpose of avoiding their consumption.
Foods to avoid when you have Gout:
1. Internal organs (brains, kidneys, liver, pancreas, intestines)

2. Beer (and other alcohol containing drinks)

4. High Fat foods (like Gravy)

6. Softdrinks (avoid sugary and fructose containing beverages)
