If your itch is confined to a small area of your body, you can make a baking soda paste. Simply combine one part water with three parts baking soda to make a paste. Apply baking soda paste directly on the affected area to soothe itching.
For convenience, baking soda is also available in soap form. It is perfect for those with sensitive skin. It's a natural moisturizer to avoid dry flaky skin.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a versatile home remedy that has a long list of amazing health benefits, which includes soothing itch. It has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial property.
To relieve itch on a specific area, dab apple cider vinegar directly into the affected area using your fingertips, a cotton ball or a piece of clean cloth.
If your itch is distributed over a large area of your body, you can mix 1 cup apple cider vinegar with your bath water.

For generalized itch, add 1 cup colloidal oatmeal into a tub of lukewarm water. Soak your body for about 20 minutes.
