Blackwater Women Aloe Vera Shampoo Review

@healthbiztips by Arlene Gentallan | beauty blog

Let's review the Blackwater Women Aloe Vera Shampoo, a new player in the market which is imported and distributed by Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc. all the way from Indonesia. It contains aloe extract which strengthens hair, gives volume, and shine.

By, the way, there are two other flavors of Blackwater shampoo. The first one is called the "Vitamin Enriched" shampoo for women and the second one is  the "Anti-dandruff" shampoo designed for men. Although, I haven't saw this product yet in our local grocery store, I did find it online on online shops Lazada and Shoppee.

Disclaimer: First off, let me just tell you guys that this not a sponsored blog post.

Low Pricepoint

Now what makes this hair care such an amazing find? Blackwater shampoo is incredibly cheap! You can buy 24 pieces of 7 ml pack for only 54 Philippine pesos, which means that each travel size pack costs only 2.25 Philippine pesos. With the soaring price in today's pandemic infested economy, this could go a long way.

Although Blackwater costs substantially cheaper than other famous contender in the market, do not underestimate it's quality! It is after all, marketed by the popular cosmetic line Ever Bilena.

The packaging

Each product comes in a travel size plastic pack that holds 7 ml shampoo which let's people dispense just the right amount although packaging such as these isn't environmentally friendly. Since each pack is sealed and quite small, it can actually be a good travel mate.

The shampoo content has a liquidy consistency that is green in color and is fragrant. Of course, we all know that shampoo removes oil, dirt, and impurities from the hair and this one serves the same purpose. Moreover, since it contains aloe extract, it is non-drying. When I used it, I noticed that although it is not foamy, it still is able to give an acceptable coverage on my hair.

Of course, it's texture and consistency may be a far cry from the pearly, glistening, and thick consistency of well-known pricey brands out there, but for a pricetag of 2.25 pesos for each 7 ml pack, it still is a quality product. However, if you are someone who we call "maarte", "mapili", or "pasosyal" , then Blackwater shampoo may indeed disappoint you.

Final verdict

Overall, my experience with Blackwater shampoo is good. If you're running low on budget or just want to save up, but wanted a quality product, this is one incredible thrift find you shouldn't miss out.
