To do pencil push up?
- Hold a pencil vertically with your hand at arm's length in front of you. Make sure the tip of the pencil is at eye level.
- Focus at the tip of the pencil as you slowly bring it close to you until your vision of it doubles.
- While still focusing at the tip of the pencil, move it back at arm's length.
- Rest your eyes by looking at something else or close your eyes for about 3 seconds.
- Repeat for about 15 minutes.
